If he is willing to give you a full refund I think I would take it and start over with an FFL that was willing to put the effort in. JMO. Also next time don't pay for the gun up front. Most stores ask for 1/3 to 1/2 up front and you pay it off when you are approved. Work smart not hard.

Thanks for the advice. I think i caught him on a day he was frustrated. He's trying to help me out with this situation now. So i have to let it ride out and see what happens. Im stuck on pending like many others that did a DROS on 3/26. If it comes back denied I'll cross that bridge. The DOJ is the problem at this point.
