Using Freedom Week Glock, Ruger magazines at the range

Anywhere in California? Glock 17, 33 rounds, Ruger 10-22 25 rounds too. I have not shot at any range yet with any of those normal cap mags.

    Experiences? Advice? Suggestions?

I have been using large capacity magazines since the 1970's. No problems.

Standard capacity magazines are not illegal. Not sure what the issue is.

Just make sure not to make the rest of us look bad by doing mag dumps. D-bags do that.

Can I use these magazines that I acquired during freedom week in my BBRAW?

What causes confusion with people is that LCM's ARE illegal to possess. No matter when they were acquired. Unless you are exempt.

But, because of the injunction, enforcement is on hold.

Many, most ranges don't care. It is not our job to enforce CA laws nor are we required to. Most of RO's just think someone is an idiot that shows up with his 32 round Glock stick magazine hanging out of his G17. Other than that, we just don't care. Follow the rules of that particular range and you shouldn't have any issues.
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

Yes. One of the definitions of a RAW is +10 mag capacity. Since yours is a BBRAW you should be good to go.

I use them in my G26. I would never use them in a G17. HaHa

My only advice is to exercise your trigger finger. It's amazing how finger muscles can atrophy when it's accustomed to being used only 10 times.

I have yet to ever hear about people losing mags at the range. Generally what I have heard is from people that get stopped on the way home after shooting, usually because they broke the law speeding or doing something stupid.
