2 years ago I got a 5 year membership (along with the American Rifleman magazine) for $100. I jumped at that deal.

Just sent donations to CRPA and NRA... $250 each. Will be spending the majority of this years donation budget on Republicans seeking to take back seats in the House lost to democrats in 2016 to turn the house RED!

P.S. the only thing they were good at....was asking me for more money.
Freedom week was a beginning. And for that I am grateful, thus my membership and donations.

                      Life membership has 4 levels.

                      Life
                      Endowment
                      Patron
                      Benefactor

Then they start in with the Golden Circle of Honor or some ridiculous thing. Basically it's just ways to keep you motivated to donate once you become a life member.

They usually offer to do it for $400 or something like that a couple times a year, but you probably already know that. I passed this last time around because I'm in the middle of a move, but I'll up it from Patron to Benefactor the next time they offer in the summer.

And I usually decline the silly "gift" they offer, I don't need a Chinese luggage tote or another jacket. I guess I hope they'll spend that extra few bucks on actually fighting for the cause.

I have an active membership for 3-4 more years.

The internal strife is not encouraging. I’ve decided to send any new money I give to 2A to the CRPA for now.

Just the fee. You get a few perks for the various levels. There is the standard life membership and then Endowment, Patron and Benefactor Life memberships. Regardless, every gun owner should join the NRA even for a simple one year membership. No the NRA is not perfect, but they are still the organization that is the most active in the political arena even though they are not just a political organization. If any wishes to sign up, look in my signature for links to discounted memberships.
