    Silicone Gun Socks

I am thinking about getting some for Christmas...

    Good idea or not?
I want to die peacefully in my sleep,
    like my Granfather did....

I store some of my long guns in them. I do keep a good number of pistols in them.

They don't attract moisture, and are good at keeping guns from bumping against each other and causing scratches.

              I use these also. ^^^^^^^^
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.

I have read in several articles over the years that silicone socks are not good for wood stocks. Can anyone confirm?

$5 at walmart for allen silicone socks, can't go wrong.

                        Some are made in USA.

I have used them. For longer term storage I use Poly Bags.
