Thoughts on 9mm prices going up???

Anyone else see this? Wondering if its going to be like the 5.56 / .22lr shortage a few years back. Thinking Im going to start stocking up now on 9mm before prices go up based on supply and demand..

The parent agency of the U.S. Border Patrol has purchased 33 million rounds of ammunition for its new handgun, and may buy more than 300 million additional rounds over the next five years.

My LGS already told me about this a few months back when they were notified by the manufacturers, etc. that because of raw materials going up, so would ammo.

There is no limit to the number of rounds we can purchase.

        Yet.

Five hundred rounds per thirty days is the amount a private party can SELL without getting a license...

Dude, 9mm is dirt cheap right now, even if it goes up, it’s still a decent price.

9mm is $7.97 for brass n $5.00 for steel. So that’s high for you

9mm is still cheap of course gone are the days when a box of 100 was under $13. But 180-200 for 1k is still reasonable.

Now paying $35-40 for a 100 rounds of .45 hurts lol. It’s easy to go through a hundred rounds when shooting.

But yes if you can stock up It definitely would be a good idea but most people have been doing that for years.

Isolate yourself from panic buying prices. Stack them cheap, stack them deep!

Prices are always going up, if you use something and you see a good deal buy it. Doesn't matter if it's beans or bullets a good deal is always a good deal.
if you think the last panic and shortages were bad just wait until the next democrat is elected to the WH, total chaos. Get out and vote and don't pass up a good deal.
