They seemed to have the best deals when I was looking. They have no internet site - but a phone call got me a brochure.

Does it cost alot for shipping? I'm seriously considering building a steel door for my basement and just turning that into a big "safe" because I have no room for a safe in the house. And I can't put a safe into the basement because of the entrance to the basement.

I bought two 24 inch deep, 35 inch across - 72 inch high safes - without any fire protection - delivered for $3,357.23 on 1-10-2006. This was the model 2646ST, Black, Gold Dial type.

Of that price - Delivery was $200 - tax was $234.23 and also I had ordered another Lock and Dial to replace a lock that had been drilled out ($175). For some reason, the invoice has one safe listed as $1,499 and the other $1,299 - but I don't remember the reason for the difference.

I am sure the price has probably gone up in the 10 months since this purchase.
