      Your package may get to it's destination if it doesn't look too attractive/valuable and your mail man likes you...

      UPS and amazon delivery is increasingly becoming like USPS

        Insurance and signature delivery, no matter what the charge for shipping was. Covers you in the end.

            Similar thing happened to me when I ordered a bunch of blocked mags. The package was delayed at USPS in TN, it had some stickers saying it was open when it arrived at USPS (yea right), about half the mags were missing and the rest were just loosely rolling around. Good news is about the same time freedom week rolled around and I didn't really care about them anymore anyway haha. Offered to split the losses with the seller but we filed a insurance claim and he refunded me for what was lost.
