I have not dealt with MagLatch at all, but........
I've read the whole thread and do not see it that way.
Two people have posted their experiences with MagLatch and MagLatch replied with their side of the issue and gave a reasonable and civil response.
No arguing going on, the way I see it.
I would say to MagLatch that the shipping info, etc. should be in full view to the purchaser either on the Home Page or when viewing your "cart" or Checkout. This should stop any later confusion to the customer.
Also, Customer Service is a big thing with us so perhaps try harder at the communications end of things.
