Way too many variables, and above does not have sufficient info to help. FTF could be due to many, many, different type of issues.
Suggest you re-post this in the handgun section with detail on how the round physically FTF, like 3-point jam, nose dive, etc. Many gunsmith type frequent the handgun forum and likely they would be able to help you.
Some easy trouble shooting would be use a mag with stronger spring, check your extractor tension to make sure it is not binding the round sliding up to the breach, does the last shot hold open, etc.
