Have it sent to your local FFL and pay the $1 background check fee. At least TargetsportsUSA is still willing to do business with CA customers unlike others who closed their doors on us.

They should all charges $1 for verification on top of the transfer fee which varies. I have seen ffl charge transfer fee based on round count or a percentage of invoiced total
