2,000 more rounds than yesterday, but not as much as tomorrow.
Buy made in USA whenever possible.

Just because I'm asking questions doesn't mean I won't take the input others put out to heart. You're completely wrong in your assumption.

You and others make perfect sense when you talk about them tracking purchases. They already know what firearms we're purchasing, now they'll see what/how much ammo you purchase. I agree it's complete insane, and wouldn't doubt it just keeps rising in "fees."

I'm personally leaving the state next year, mostly because Cost of Living is bat**** insane. Unfortunately if states like New York and California can't change though, there's no telling what other states they'll influence with this "common sense" bull**** Politicians like to vomit out their mouths.

next shooting will be "the shooters purchased his firearms and ammo on this date and passed all background checks"...."MORE COMMON SENSE LAWS ARE NEEDED!!!!"

I just went to my usual ammo shop to pick up some rounds for my rifle and asked the owner what will change. He asked if I already own firearm(s). I confirmed yes I do.

He said, well then as the customer I would pay an additional dollar for a quick mini-dros check before he can finish the transaction and if I haven't gotten into trouble with the law since the last time I bought a gun or ammo. Then all is well and I'm out the door with my ammo.

So if all they're doing is checking my background in a way that gun sellers do when I buy a new firearm. What's the huge incentive to go out and go buy thousands of rounds before July 1st????

          or am I missing something??

I only have 200. But I don't have any guns. I'm a Calguns member because I like the bbq & grilling subforum. Great recipes and tricks & tips on using your grill!
