Anyone ever build multiple slides for the same pistol?

You really are lucky! I was under the impression that the ejector had to be swapped if going from 45 to 9mm?

Usually more expensive to build a slide than buy a complete gun. Especially Glocks, where you can buy a G17 or G19 with a GSSF coupon for $425.00

But then you still need to buy the slide you want for it

Not me, was just saying that to do what the OP is doing, even with another gun he would still have to buy the slide if thats what he wanted.

I care little how anyone spends their own money. Its entertaining to see, it drives the economy, and it doesn't affect me in any way.

It’s funny how this community is split down the middle. One side of us is here to have fun enjoy our hobby practice train try new things. The other side are people that seem way set in their ways and have to slam everything they don’t agree with. I’ve got all different types of hand guns all for different uses and applications some just to collect too. Ego can really keep you from growing and progressing. Can also keep people from wanting to converse with you. This forum is for fun enthusiasts we are here for each other. Don’t have anything nice to say? That’s cool keep that negativity in your life and out of mine. As for me I’m gonna keep buying my adult legos and having fun ha ha.
