I'm curious to see how this turns out.

If he was conducting illegal activities, then shame on him. He made us all look bad.

If he broke laws simply because it is nearly impossible to keep up with all of them, then I feel bad for the guy.

If no laws were broken and this is simply the results of some moron that was frightened by all the scary guns...then I hope he gets all of his stuff back and is compensated for his time and damages.

No matter how you look at it, he is screwed.
