How long did this **** take you? I did this to 3 of my CZ mags and it took forever with a 1/8" bit and a 1/4" bit.

        You can try this:
1 drill a hole big enough for a 10-32 hex screw.
2: insert a nut and washer inside the magazine.
3 screw in the hex screw with a spacer like a 1/4" socket
        4. Tight the screw and nut. The nut should pull the indentation out. Think about auto body repair when pulling most of the dents with a pull hammer.

        Hopefully this helps.

That hole is very ugly. Really should have been nicely deburred.

Ditto for the p320 subcompact 9mm mags. Drilling them out made them 11, not 12 rounders. I wonder if punching the dimple in squeezes the rest of the mag together just a bit.

Fyi, the Mecgar +2 sig p226 extensions fit the p320 mags.

I ended up getting a Maglula for ~$20 and was able to get my last round in.

I think the springs just aren't used to this much freedom. My drilled out mags are still sitting fully loaded to hopefully loosen it up. The Maglula is highly recommended.

I have a maglula and that didn't help with the subcompact mags. I also swapped the spring and follower from a true 12 round SC mag and it still only took 11. I'll look back at them someday. All that matters is they were converted to >10, can legally try and make them 12 later.

I’m assuming you drilled out the indent on both sides?
