So if Becerra gets his way and the ban is put back in place, does this mean that all the magazines bought in the last few days will remain legal? I'm happy about the recent court ruling, but this is California! I can't imagine a carve-out for the possessors in the last few days, if this thing is overturned. What say you all?

          ex post facto

the government cannot punish you for doing something not illegal at the time you did it, so they would (i assume) have to be grandfathered in with all the scm i lost in the boating accident.

          anyway, moron labia.

Good point, but if that's true, they already banned the grandfathering in regards to the year 2000 ban (which was recently overturned via Benitez), so they made that illegal even though they were legally possessed pre-2000...

Can't find crap for my G22.

Don't care. Buy a 31 rd with a rivet and drill it out.

Or for your AR buy a Hexmag 10/30 and swap springs like normal felons do.

They'll either be grandfathered or illegal again. Do what you must.

perhaps why the courts were unwilling to support it thus far.

Yup, many are completely wiped out. I got some specific numbers for one ok size brick and mortar store/intenet site who I helped with some direct response marketing long time ago. His number are huge! Every standard capacity magazine is GONE! He said he will not raise his prices no matter what and is looking to get more stuff and is thinking of offering it to CA ONLY!

Same here. What does it matter?

Hope for grandfather laws. Prepare for defense.
