Great idea, there should be no reason for it not to pass.

Also, it’s inconceivable that a gun could be stolen / taken from a car against the owner’s will... because we all know that breaking into a car is illegal, and of course criminals follow all laws.

I’m serious in that first part, sarcasm disclaimer on the second.
