The worst handgun I bought was a surplus Czech .32 ACP that resembled a Walther PP or PPK. While functional, the trigger pull was absolutely horrendous and tended to put a wound on my trigger finger.....

CZ-70? My CZ-50 is fine but my 70 has a horribly stiff trigger.

My worst is a Cobray PM-11/Nine. Too heavy and the trigger slap leaves my finger red after two mags even with the rubber cover.

I bought a "lot" at an auction a few years ago. One of the guns was some odd-brand double bbl pistol in .410/.45Colt. Striker fired, break action, exposed trigger (no trigger guard), little bitty birds head grip. I've only shot it a few times. It is not pleasant in any way and is downright scary dangerous. It has a little bitty exposed blade-type trigger and when you break it open to reload the natural place to hold the action puts your bugger hooks dangerously close to the bang switch. It has no safety, only a barrel selector. Well, it has a center position for the bbl selector that is supposed to be a safety, but it will only go into that position and stay there if the gun is empty. This thing is an accident waiting to happen. If I ever come across another gun buyback this abomination is definitely a contender!

Beretta 92 Inox.

For me its the wack gritty trigger and factory sights. Took me several months to try different springs, buffing parts, and changing triggers. Stored it and almost gave up on it. Not too many parts for it cept for Wilson Combat. That alone is the worst purchase.

Glock 34 with several ZEV aftermarket upgrades.

When I got back into shooting several years ago, I kept hearing all these great things about Glocks. I remembered shooting a 17L back in the day, and it seemed OK. So I thought I would pick up a nice one and give it a chance. What a POS. I wanted to like it, but that grip angle was too weird, and my target looked like a shotgun blast hit it. I can put all my shots in the same hole with my Berettas, Smiths, Springfields etc. But the Glock was just not for me. I understand they are doing OK without me though...

A close second might be the S&W SD9VE. Worst trigger ever.

In the late 80's (I think), there were a couple of Blue Sky Arsenal M1 Carbines I got to shoot. I got to looking at the guns and found neither had the barrels installed correctly. (One had the sights sitting at nearly 45 degrees off center. At least that's what it felt like. You could see it wasn't aligned properly.)

I asked the guy why he didn't have a gunsmith fix 'em. He said that based on what he paid for them, it wasn't worth it. (I think he got them from Woolworth's.)

I got to shoot a HiPoint 9mm and it was pretty bad, but I didn't expect much. Got to shoot a S&W Sigma and the trigger was absolutely awful. But the worst was a MAC 11 semi-auto. In fairness, the thing was designed as a bullet hose so when you take away the full-auto, you are left with horrible ergonomics, horrible trigger, and horrible sights.

Back in the 80's i had an AK-22 can't remember who made it ,that thing had FTF and FTE every few rounds .So i got rid of it. Looking back now i think i should have kept it ,since it was the only firearm i ever got rid of . Didn't know how to troubleshot it .I was only 18
