    Even if we could build a decent one....something about having an American made AK-47 doesn't feel right. Like the inverse, an AR-15 made in eastern Europe. Just...no.

      Isn't Robs VSKA still going ok ? Unless i missed something i think he is still in mid testing

      It was Yeagers that failed miserably in short order with loose barrel and pin

      Its possible to do a good US AK but the price point will be far off higher. Domestic mfrs dont have the luxury of subsidised gov military industrial tooling. Cheap socialist labor. And economy of scale

        Yeah, the Union's VSKA is actually still running fine. Rob is at 2,500 rounds with it currently.

        Their latest...a brief 2018 recap and what's coming for 2019. Pretty good vid...
