if it's rimfire, it's still an SBR

pretty sure the CompMag is for 5.56 though (and I suppose other calibers that work in 5.56 mags)

        What a cluster.
Thordsen gen3 stock = featureless AR stock
CompMag fixed .223 Magazine = nullifies the need for featureless build
Hera CQR front grip = Forward pistol grip/ Feature
MFT buffer tube saddle bolted to featureless stock = Creates thumb-hole stock.
        10.5" .223/5.56 barrel = SBR

I'm not quite sure what they are trying to accomplish. If in California, the Thordsen stock is not needed with a Compmag. Adding the MFT saddle to the stock no longer makes it featureless which defeats the only reason to have that stock. SBRs are illegal in California unless Curio/Relic. So confused.

Yea, I'm going to say they turned a pistol into an SBR AND added a forward pistol grip.

            So much wrong here.

Looks like some mistakes have been edited. That's now an "Arizona SBR build" according to their Instagram post.

What's the point of the CompMag then?!?!?! So many oddities there.

Yes. I think someone realized their mistake and are saving face. Multiple people did not understand the law for this post to happen.

Or it could be a non-firearm with an externally finished but non-OP 80% lower!
