Nope. You got it backwards.

It's essentially a Glock 17 frame with a Glock 19 barrel/slide assembly.

The Glock 19MHS and Glock 19X is this set up as a Gen 4.5 in FDE.
The Glock 45 is this set up as a Gen 5 in black.

I really don’t like the forward slide serrations. I can press check my gen 3 just fine without them. Or you know, swipe the extractor and feel if it’s raised.

Still a Glock so I bet it’s fine. Would I buy one, sure, maybe if I didn’t already own like 5 Glocks.

If you dont like the forward slide serrations then dont use it. Why is that an issue? No one complaints about the forward slide serrations on Sig, S&w, CZ, ruger, 1911, etc... but suddenly it is a big issue for Glock. :/

But Ive found Glocks to be great firearms so Im gonna pick one up first chance I get. I love the 19, the 17 and the 36 so Im sure the 45 will just be another shooter.

But then again, I buy guns. Lots of guns.
