          Im in his area next week and i had half a mind to go knock on his door ( politely of course ) but thats prolly a bad idea..

            Sorry it hasn't worked out OP.

            I hope the Mods here will do something to prevent the alleged scammer from screwing anyone else here who hasn't seen this thread.

            A market place ban, until he fixes the problem with the OP, should be a minimum measure IMO.

                  It could be the account got hacked specifically to take advantage of the favorable iTrader rating. It's certainly happened to people before. Honest people with a good reputation almost never throw it away for such a small amount of money.

                      Situation has been resolved with the OP and his refund was sent.

                      I had my dad and mom pass away within a 5 week time period and my communication with OP was non existent.

                      Since being back this week I immediately contacted OP and sent him a refund along with an apology.

                        Sorry for your loss, I know that time can get away from you when this happens. Try and slow it down for a bit, take some time to remember the good times with them.

                          This is true. I got a PM from Two Nuggets 3 days ago days ago apologizing and stating the circumstances.. He informed me that my refund (postal money) order is en route. Once I receive refund I will post again to let ya'll know. Thank you Two Nuggets for being honorable.
                          *He had a good reason for the delay (his parents died).
                          (I lost my mom 10 years ago--I was a mess, too.)
