Yup. That's where i'm at. His other itrader deals all went fine.. so i'm going to chill and wait a few more days.

I messaged and asked politely for my money back after the 2nd agreed ship date passed.. No reply yet. I've never been burned here on CG before so i'm going to stay optimistic. Thanks fellerz

Prepare yourself...Anyone with any character / honor wants to get the items shipped out and into the buyers hands once they have the buyers money. If there is a problem on the sellers end, the lack of communication and missed deadlines pretty much sets the tone of how it will play out in the end.

You all are making excuses for the seller like democrats for BLM victims..

OP, how did you send the money via paypal to the seller? cash to friends/family method or payment for goods/services method? If the latter and you didn't specify firearm parts, you should have no problem filing a "item not received" case. Seller will have 10 days to respond with an explanation or provide a tracking #.

Paypal allows and honors the purchase of firearm parts.

They don't allow actual firearms, certain "Assault Weapon" parts, and magazines over 10-rounds, but they certainly do allow and honor purchases of millions of types of firearm parts.

While I'm no fan of Paypal for the above reasons, they do allow sale and purchase of firearm parts.

Two weeks ago I Purchased a slide for $325 (paypal) from a gentleman on this website with a positive itrader rating (in the 20s) and a two year history on this forum.
I have not gotten my item or any communication except 1 PM saying he was out of town but promising to ship wednesday when he returns.

Maybe he returns this Wednesday.
Did he say WHAT Wednesday he would be returning or did you automatically assume the following Wednesday?

That's what im hoping!
On Sunday, 9-23-18 he messaged me and said he had to leave town and will be returning "Wednesday" (no date or mention of NEXT wed)

I paid him on 9-17-18 and he said he'd ship Thursday 9-20.
He Didn't ship on Thursday or contact me until 9-23-18 when he PMd me and said he had to go out of town and would ship Wed when he returns.
Wednesday came, and passed, so I messaged asking politely for my money back.
as of today No slide, No reply no refund...nada!
