That, you can probably do. You made the contract and paid while in the brothel. The completion of the contract can be anywhere. This is often done (I'm told) that the "date" includes time at a restaurant, etc.

I believe if you hire a prostitute from a NV brothel to spend time with you outside the brothel she can not legally cross the state line with you.

Go to Reno gun show, make it obvious you are from CA and mention it to them and see how many will refuse the sale. Not saying it's right but it will happen.

Many things are legal for out of state gun dealers to do in regards in sales to CA but as we all know many choose not to sell to us.

I've been to the Reno gun show, bought all kinds of stuff, never had a reason to tell anybody where I'm from and nobody ever asked. I get what you're saying, I know that attitude is out there, it's just really idiotic. Turning away a paying customer because of what you're afraid they might do with it after you sell it to them is just terrible business, no two ways about it. If you live in a free state, there's no reason not to do all the business you can within the confines of state law.

yeah cause there haven't been cases of CA going after out of state businesses right?

so i can see why out of state businesses would refuse service to CA residents.

No, as already mentioned in the thread several times, perfectly legal to buy out of state and use them there.

It's bringing them back to CA that would be illegal.

Why don't you take them apart and instead bring back "magazine rebuild kits".
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...
