    are Gun Sales soft?

Just been clicking around the market place more than usual. I still have a want to buy effort in place just don't know for sure what; and never seem to see it in the market place. I see lots of price drops. Lots of stuff sitting? So is the market full?

The roster and "assault weapon" bans have kind of ruined things.

If he was closer. I would have bought that.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

The marketplace definitely seems a bit slow. It could be the time of year...school just started and the holidays are looming.

Hopefully the prices come back to normal.

I would have to say No, someone else helped me spend on auction another $75 and turned a good deal into an OK deal.

Soft industry. I'm not complaining though, anyone with half a brain could have seen this coming.

If you take a look at Davidson's Gallery of Guns, Ruger has just about every model "On Sale".

Maybe there's fatigue as well since 1 days worth of posts span 4-5 pages due to sellers making multiple posts etc...

I will let you Saturday after I go to a big gun show in Vegas. My son in law went to one a few weeks ago. He said it was crazy busy. He bought 4 guns. In Nevada, you bring them home with you after you pay for them and a background is performed. If you have a CCW, no background is required.
I went to Spurlocks in Henderson last week, the guy said business was slow right now but that is the way it is this time of year. I read an article recently about this. While Obama was president, people were buying what they could before everything was outlawed. Then, it was certain that Hillary would win, same thing. When the heat was off at the top, things calmed down. Here is the deal. We don't know what the gun laws will be in the future. Get what you can while you can.
California gun ownership is iffy at best, again, get what you want or need before the Democrat's keep outlawing common sense guns.

                        Of course its soft
Trump's presidency has made us all feel a little bit safer. When Kavanaugh gets confirmed we should feel even better. No urgency to buy anything until after the mid term elections. If Dems take either the house and/or the senate watch sales take off again.

It's the Trump boom. Boom for everything but guns. Wait until the commies take over, sales will increase.

                              Buy low, sell high?

I will be buying again soon.
