Video from the fire area. You can see the videographer is heading up 39 then turns right onto East Fork and pulls into the turnout just the other side of the bridge. She then gets back on 39 and heads north.

Miss understood brother, sorry bout that. This hwy being closed for this long really bugs me. I've spent many days fishing, hiking and just plain messing around in SG canyon. I still remember the last time that I drove that stretch of hwy.

I tried calling Burro Cyn yesterday for updates but kept getting their recording. Range must not be open yet.

tried calling this morning, same thing, no answer, vague message, no details about being open/closed...

...which is kind of annoying. It should be obvious to them that when there's activity up there, people are going to want to know if they're open or closed before driving all the way up there (from san pedro for me!), it would be nice if they could include that open/closed status on the message.
