What is it supposed to actually prevent? The only thing that will happen is the black market will boom and supplies for ammo recipes will increase. Im curious to know how this is going to work [emoji23]

I just got my first handgun about a month ago and my AR10 off a 10 day hold a couple of days ago. I was at a shop looking for a few boxes of rounds and the rep mentioned a background check next year. I almost fell on the floor laughing.
