I am glad that I am not the mayor of that town. I do not have any beliefs that it can be corrected. The politicians have a maze of liberal laws that tie their hands and most of those politicians have no clue how their liberal ideology has created this mess. The constituents vote for those politicians. The news media will not address the core problem. The culture in that city have very little virtue. Crime is out of control. Decent people do not want to live there or shop there or set up a business there. A solution to change one factor, results in a multitude of resistance.

I know I know, no motive just street rage which everyone there has. So no real motive or reason, but they all have opportunity, and criminal records. What's a detective to do?
