No sales of 80% ers completed in Ca. Read the regs. Out of state only option.Comment
-
Not sure that this is incorrect, but what is the authority for that? 29180(d) says that 80%s completed after July 2018 (or completed prior but registered after July 2018) cannot be sold or transferred, but what says those completed and volregged prior to July 1 2018 can't be sold or transferred? Of course, subject to the limitation that you're not doing this in sufficient volume or with intent to function as a manufacturer or seller, pursuant to both state and federal definitions of the same.In case it wasn't obvious, nothing I write here should be interpreted as legal advice.Comment

Mine were all volregged prior to 7/1/18 if they can be sold I would be fine with that. I have no plans to do that. Let us know how that works putComment

As long as they were not registerered as assault weapons you should be able to sell them.Comment

300$Comment

stripped 200
with lpk and buffer minus brace 300
complete with brace 350-400 depending on brace
Also a lot of the value would be shot if the pocket is milled and looks horrible, so If they don't appear factory expect this price to drop.Last edited by Bullets&Whitewalls; 08-06-2018, 4:33 PM.Comment

Commercial pistol lowersgoing for 4-500 so 80% maybe 300 assembled.Comment

Fine, its worth $0. Why, because if I bought one from you I could not register it or use it as long as I lived in Commiefornia. Apparently your DA friends don't know the law either. To have a legal AR pistol in CA it must have a bullet button. And if it has a bullet button it would have needed to be registered as of the end of July. After that it cannot be transferred.Originally posted by dakinejbIt says on the volreg paperwork that you can transfer them. Mine are pre 7/1/18. My local ffl who is a cop will do the transfer. I’m friends with several DA Prosecutors. I DO NOT NEED OR WANT LEAGAL ADVICE!!!. I simply want to know what a reasonable price to ask would be.
So, if you do manage to transfer a pistol lower it can never be assembled as a complete pistol.
When I move out of state I'll buy a 100% pistol lower instead of someone's home grown garage special with his name scratched into it.Last edited by ScottsBad; 08-06-2018, 4:13 PM.sigpicC'mon man, shouldn't we ban Democracks from Cal-Guns? Or at least send them to re-education camps.Comment
