I glad you made it back from the accident, and things are coming back together.

Retrograde amnesia. 10 minutes is a long damn time. As a paramedic I would be in a panic to treat someone that won't wake up.

I've had a couple of coworkers who were out for extended periods and put into induced comas for a couple of months.
One took almost 2 years before he was back on the job, and every now and then he still says something that shows that his memories are all there, but the timeline is scrambled... He'll refer to something that happened a week before his accident in full detail and act like it was last week.

In the above case, she was on her bike, and to avoid a deer took the inside line on a curve, went off into the gravel. Witnesses said that she held it together until she rode out of the gravel and onto the pavement at the end of the curve and high-sided.

She mounted her helmet like a hunting trophy.

Here in Northern California we call them "road pizzas" If you are stuck in traffic doing 30 mph they lane split you at 60 and are pissed if you don't see them coming and pull over for them. If traffic is clear and you are doing 70 in a 65 mph zone they want to lane split you at 90 and are pissed if you don't pull over for them. Just about every morning they snarl up traffic because
there is an accident where several mini vans, two trucks and three "fuel efficient" vehicles have run over them!
