My (somewhat limited) experience has been that it's not always how big you are, but how pissed you are.

Idiots don't make me uncomfortable; they make me angry.

      Just my 2cents.

Well, Though my size doesn't have much bearing, but I am also somewhat young, and, though I have experience and have volunteered some time as an RO at other ranges, my age does affect how people respond (do you listen to kids giving you "pointers"?).

I do realize that I could have handled it better, but I just was looking after my safety first.

I try to not express or show any anger when guns are involved and it can be avoided.

What I'm really hoping for here is for hitandmiss1988 to chime in. He PMed me because he was there with his dad and gf a couple lanes over and witnessed these clowns. He was a cool dude and part of the only other group in that shooting bay.

Hell yeah I listen!!! And if they don't its their loss and the RM should know you dont feel safe.
Sorry if that came across more as an accusation that you lack patience. Not knowing you or being there at the situation I can only give feedback on what I read.

Just to clarify for him, hitandmiss1988 was NOT the one being careless. He was another great guy in the same shooting bay. He was a great dude (with good taste in guns!)!
