Today was my pick up day. Happy I drive down... Guy pulls my name up and it show approved. Brings out my gun. Then says..... You have to cpme back Monday sorry but the release papers are in the office. The guy who does the paperwork is off until Monday.
Wtf? Aregghhhh ok vent over. It was in my hands.. Only to be taken away. Asked if I could get visitation rights as ive been approved but alas was told no.
So I just curled up on the floor in a fetal position..

Did the FFL feel sorry for you and give you visiting rights, or did he call an ambulance for a male having a seizure?

This just sounds like bad timing. At least all is good for Monday. I hate it when stuff like this happens.

So they have one guy who handles all the paperwork and he is off weekends? Seems pretty stupid to me, since weekends are probably when they are the busiest. OH sorry I can't sell anything the paperwork guy is off till Monday.

It's one of those things, you wish they would have told you before the transfer. I did a pickup at Turner's before, no one waiting just me. Once they checked my ID, it took about 30-45 mins to finish the pickup. Majority of the time was just standing around waiting and wonder if I wanted that Armscor revolver.

DOMs Or J@Rs are my Go to s . J@Rs Could teach a Ffl Class on Transfers . I have never had a total transaction take more than 10 or 15 mins . And There's a added bonus at J@Rs .

Your gun store standards are low. GFOS sucks, crappy inventory and the gun prices are above MSRP. I was there when they had one of the manufacturers doing a show, they even suggested another gun store to me.
