Recent ruling on roster is the equivalent of

Ca doj saying you may drive but only flying cars that are also submarines .... (The people argue) but flying cars that are also submarines don't exist ? Judge: that doesn't matter just because something doesn't exist doesn't make the law invalid!..... And there you have it people the ca roster case summed up in three sentences all while completely ignoring the fact it goes against the constitution and 2a rights

Flying cars do exist, they are rare and expensive.

Pena vs Cid is still active though correct?
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

All new cars must have a giant orange shark fin on the hood that pops up when the gas tank is filled.

All new cars must go through crash safety testing. If you offer the same model with different options: wheels, paint colors, leather vs cloth interior, etc., every possible combination must be separately tested.

Some years back I worked as a regulatory lobbyist for energy and telecom. I was not good at it. I literally could never understand how people could invent a problem, then tell industry they must rise to the occasion and come up with a solution... But hell, something tells me that if someone had come up with a $1.00 way to microstamp reliably, they'd just move the chains further down field.

I'm still trying to figure out why any handguns are safe at all if don't have micro stamping? How are any on the roster?

And if they could do the x2 microstamp, what would stop a bad guy from picking up random brass, reloading it and shooting someone with your stamp id? It is all B.S. that needs to be thrown out.

Absolutely skip dog! Micro stamping is actually unsafe and irresponsible

i think whoever came up with the microstamping BS was watching judge dredd and the scene where Dredd was in court for killing the reporter and they said that each Lawgiver 2 was equipped with a laser engraving system that will engrave the ID/DNA profile of the officer that fired the shot.

No flying cars that are also submarines? Guess you’ve never been to FP’s house.

Since when is anything done by our legislatures considered logical?
