Hmm, legal to possess, purchase, own, not otherwise restricted.... So after some research, I found a score of parts, products and such legal to buy at any local Gun Show or retailer in my General location. (Sacramento County Zip Code 95842) Then I contacted the manufactures as best I could and without an exception they all could and would ship to me. We are talking simple things here, Cerakote Spray, Rifle Stocks, Lower Receiver parts etc. For a Company that makes it's profits selling firearms related products and supposedly supports the 2nd Ammendment, they would shut out an entire share of the market based on fear of polictical and phantom legal issues. I would call that being a 2a Coward, and I did... Thanks for the rant
Yeah they are pretty low on the totem pole of retailers. In 2012/2013 they exploited the ammo shortage by raising prices sometimes in magnitude of 5-6x. They also are not very CA friendly.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

OP I'll save you the time of creating a new rant thread. Change your title to include Sportsman's Guide in too. Because you will get the same thing from them.

I'd add Spike's to the arsehole list. Price increases like crazy prior to FBHO's 2 elections.

CTD was great when they first opened, tons of guns on the walls, great prices especially for real mil surplus stuff. I usually stopped by a few times a month. Change in ownership lost of experienced employees, Chinese crap imitation gear started to replace good stuff, prices went up. Their rep in Texas is in the suck category.
Yea back when I was a teen they were the place to get cheap surplus stuff for paintball and other random knick knacks. Now they are just lame with horrible prices.

I have to echo everyone else. It has to have been at least fifteen years since I had occasion to buy anything from them.

This is how companies like CTD stick around. Sure, the vocal calgunners don't shop there anymore (myself included), but until everyone knows about their antics and takes their money elsewhere, there are plenty of suckers still supporting them.

Yeah, CTD took full advantage of the Sandy Hook scare. $129 should be the price for ten USGI mags.

That is a bit of a joke played by Ballistol. They will still ship their cleaning products, and thus, they had to put the Prop-65 warning on them.
