      This.

I figure that it is really irrelevant whether or not you are on a RAW list. Fact is if they start going down the list and kicking peoples doors in we are in a whole lot of trouble as a society. Its not going to be long before there is total chaos and a collapse of government to some degree. I should be long gone out of this state by then. Tactical retreat to a better defensible state.

Note that those who have repeatedly expressed enough vile and incoherent content as to render your views irrelevant, have been placed on my ignore list. Thank you for helping me improve my experience and direct my attention towards those who are worthy of it. God bless your toxic little souls.

Part of your "Pros" list is getting to keep your Bullet Button?

Curious about that. How is that at all a positive?

Pros (for the gov): they have another rifle, and know exactly what it looks like and who has it. PLUS they were given money to get that rifle into the system.

Cons: use, travel, and storage restrictions. Can only give it to the state if you live or pass away in kalifornia. Yes, out of state transfers are ok. It also looks like there is a slight possibility of a visit by your friendly doj reps if they can't figure out what you have, with legal problems if it isn't in compliance with all of the confusing laws and regs.

Plus you're stuck with that awful bullet button.

Fc-hook and the bf10-loader (which I currently have) don’t seem ideal for training

Transportation requirements are a no go, secondarily there's a transfer ban.

                  Here's a story of a local.

I don't know this gent, but I know OF him through work. I've heard NOTHING but good about him and his family. I have had business dealings with other family members can attest to their integrity and desire to do the right thing. I am 100% convinced he was trying to do the right thing.............. and Boom a dozen felony charges, guns gone, and now a LONG battle ahead of him. Thank you CA DOJ for the ambiguous BS! Making felons of honest people while giving killers and "animals" sanctuary. I hate this God forsaken state................

I guess unannounced visits from CADOJ would be a pro if one lives a lonely secluded life and yearns for visitors. Me, I don't need visitors.

When Gavin Newsome signs into law to confiscate all BB'd AW's, I'll have no remorse for the ones that registered.

Stories already popping up of the jackboot DOJ thugs coming to check people's "configurations" because they couldn't see the bullet buttons in the pictures. There are no "pros" to registering. Or how about the Democrat congressmen already drafting bills to force removal or face prosecution http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s....php?t=1445409

By registering, you are literally putting your trust into the actions of the anti-gun Democrats running California. No thanks. Just remove your pistol grip, collapsible stock and flash hider and add your choice of numerous featureless grips on the market.

He's coming for everything, every semi auto rifle just for openers. At this point it doesn't matter if you reg or don't, nothing will save you if you remain in CA.

Lol. Maybe some of us are getting tired of our lonely solitary tea parties. We need armed, tactical vest wearing men to sit down and socialize over some biscuits and tea

Do you really think Gavin is ONLY going to go for RAWs?

                                LOL

He is going to go for ALL semi automatic centerfire rifles with detachable magazines. This law was already passed in 2013, Brown vetoed it. Gavin will sign it.

And if you bought a rifle post 2014 then the state already knows you have it.

The only thing that can save you is to move to another state that doesn't have a threat of passing similar type gun laws. Cross Oregon off your list.
