Shoot the 700 Point Pistol Aggregate to establish a baseline and then get professional training and shoot it again.

If your fundamentals aren't in place, you will never improve. There's no such thing as "advanced" shooting skills, only mastery of the basics.

I'd work on your grip for sure. Also, without the fundamentals all the myelinization will do is to ingrain bad habits. I'd also set up the target at the nearest distance allowed and work on fundamentals before trying to shoot any further out.

Here is a good video explaining the grip.

It looks like he is trying to use that grip. It looks like the deeper the video goes the more things start to loosen up and he is having to regrip after each shot.

I habitually use a revolver grip myself and can't seem to adjust to this type.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

On the issue of having a finger inside the trigger guard, that used to be the common way of handling a firearm. There was a thread not too long ago that discussed this, and this trend started after I had begun shooting. The standard today to to keep the trigger outside and along the trigger until you are ready to fire, so you may want to change that habit. I don't find it a dangerous practice when handling a double action handgun, but others may. What distance were your targets? You put your rounds on target while shooting in a rapid fire cadence.

Get some training, before you hurt yourself.

Like everyone else says OP, keep your booger finger out of the trigger guard UNTIL you are ready to fire, then squeeze it.

I completely agree. He is using his left hand like a right hand and right hand like a left hand. The entire time I am thinking... Just put the gun in the correct hand and your groups will be much better.

                          Couldn't help myself.

OP, I am chasing the fundamentals because I still have not gotten professional instruction. I feel like that is the reason it is taking me longer to get better.
What were the distances you were shooting?

Not, really. OPs left thumb is way to the side, I guess it is similar to a thumb over thumb revolver grip.

Your right hand is too far forward, probably why you are re-griping after shots. The palm of your support hand should fill the gap on the grip to the base of your left palm. As others have said your thumbs are not aligned properly.

Fix your grip then work on accuracy. I'd work short to long distance. When you can shoot the x ring out at 5, 7, 10 then spend more time at longer ranges.
