Get this barrel called "dry fire" & to make it more fun, get G Sight solution, it lets you see where you're shooting at.

Put a KKM 6 inch barrel in my G20 10mm, so I could have a fully supported chamber, shoot lead bullets and the added length helps speed. Fully supported chamber much better for my brass for reloading, no Glock bulge.
Better accuracy was a bonus, very happy.

A red dot sight and a better trigger will do more.

Knowing how accurate your gun actually is gives you something to gauge your own skill against.

For example, if you have a gun that you KNOW shoots 2" groups at 25yds and you are shooting 3" groups at 25yds with that gun, that means your skill is only adding 1" to the group.
Now lets say you upgrade that gun so that it shoots 1" groups at 25yds. If you had that same skill level, you would now be getting 2" groups at 25yds.
Some people would like smaller groups on target and a fitted barrel is the path to that.

99.99% of calguners aren't going to spend the time and money getting a barrel machine fit to their slide.

They will buy whatever drop-in barrel looks the best, with best logo and toss it in which wont gain them any accuracy over stock as even a stock barrel is more accurate then majority of the owners.

Thats why everyone is saying its pointless

Barsto has drop-in barrels that fit significantly tighter than a stock barrel.
After fitting a few of their "gunsmith fit required" barrels, there is still a decent difference in fit from ANY drop-in compared to a fully fitted barrel.

If you are using a Glock as a target handgun, youre on the wrong platform.

A fully fitted barrel is fitted to the slide AND the frame.
Fitting ONLY to the slide is not going to gain you much, but there is significant gains to be had by fitting to the frame.

Agreed quality ammo also tightens those groups

i ordered one of these for my 19 and was very impressed with qulaity and accuracy, they are 17 length barrels that fit all generations. barrel lockup was solid very tight tolerances

Round wouldn't even come close to chambering about by about a 1/4 inch . Tried multiple rds and those rds fit in my other Lonewolf barrels and factory barrel. They wanted me to pay shipping both ways for the exchange. Complete Bull****.
Sounds like you got a .40 barrel (for your 10mm)

I have a KKM conversion barrel for my Glock 27 and I'm extremely happy with it. I'd gladly spend the money again if I were converting calibers. I'd have a very hard time justifying upgrading a stock barrel to the KKM personally though. I know my skill level and I'm nowhere near being able to outshoot the factory barrel.
