    Glock aftermarket barrels?

I'm in the process of upgrading my 19 gen 3 and trying to squeeze out as much accuracy as possible.. as far as barrels are concerned, is KKM the way to go? I see these True and Blacklist barrels, are they any good?

Barstow or kkm I think are the top of the line when it comes to barrels. A properly fit barrel definitely helps however I must ask what are your groups with a factory barrel at 25 yards?

Wilson Combat makes a nice one.

I bet it won't improve your shooting anywhere near as much as proper practice would.

Barsto, I changed mine to this, but in retrospect, it makes no sense unless you're an olympic type shooter to realize accuracy gains with the short distances handguns are shot at and by their very nature of being held in the hand.

The only time I've seen accuracy gains that MAY have been realized in a pistol is from 1911 shooters cause of their light triggers.

Fitting the barrel to the slide and frame is the best way to improve a glock's group sizes.
Even the factory barrel can be fitted if you are not afraid to weld it up and re-machine it so it's tighter.
The better solution is an oversized barrel from Barstow that has extra material on it for you to fit it to the slide and frame.

Barrel, sight and trigger work on most pistols and shotguns.
              Most work performed while-you-wait.

                This.

I doubt if it makes any difference at all.

If an after market barrel was needed to make a G19 more accurate, you would have seen unending articles on how the Navy Seals picked up Glock 19 as a service weapon with a barrel upgrade to KKM, Wolf, Barsto, etc.

Save your money for some other mod.

Why not just buy a G34? All the money you’re spending in upgrades can buy you a 34

I used a Storm Lake (made in USA) ported barrel in my P80 build. I'm very happy with it.
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

I get after market Barrels for Case support more than anything and being able to shot Hardcast . I would stay away for Lonewolf my last G29 barrel from them was garbage . Round wouldn't even come close to chambering about by about a 1/4 inch . Tried multiple rds and those rds fit in my other Lonewolf barrels and factory barrel. They wanted me to pay shipping both ways for the exchange. Complete Bull****.

This is the truth absolute truth. If you want to buy another barrel to have another barrel for bragging rights with your buddies, go for it... but I'll bet $100 it won't change your groups one bit. Not one iota.
Buy made in USA whenever possible.

In a machine rest, a fitted barrel makes a huge difference.
Some people just like knowing that their gun is way more accurate then them, even though they can't shoot it that well.
Knowing how accurate your gun actually is gives you something to gauge your own skill against.

For example, if you have a gun that you KNOW shoots 2" groups at 25yds and you are shooting 3" groups at 25yds with that gun, that means your skill is only adding 1" to the group.
Now lets say you upgrade that gun so that it shoots 1" groups at 25yds. If you had that same skill level, you would now be getting 2" groups at 25yds.
Some people would like smaller groups on target and a fitted barrel is the path to that.
