The guy had a point “I started bending down to put it on the ground,” Garces said. “I didn’t want to drop it. It would go off. That’s when he shot me.” He could have dropped it, then if it went off it could have hit him or someone else and he'd probably been been shot by the cop anyway.

I'm sure if it went off if he had dropped it, the cop would have shot him. Nobody knows where the bullet from dropped gun would have went.

anyone notice the 2 bullet holes in his back?
correct this is scary ! reminds me of those Mesa Az cops who killed an unarmed man when he had trouble walking on his knee's ! In that case a prosecutor filed charges. Not sure how they got acquitted but they did .
