Likely Genius democrat plan to destroy 2A

It would seem unless we get 100 million NRA members we can forget the 2nd amendment.

Democrat's institute PROMISE program which makes background checks by FBI useless.
PROMISE Program is requires school districts not inform police of criminal behavior.
Trayvon Martin is an earlier example. He was caught with stolen property and burglary tools. School said he found items and was going to turn them in!
rush, rush limbaugh, eib network, news, rush 247, talk, radio, conservative, politics, republican, trump, donald trump, newstalk, doctor of democracy, dittohead

Parkland murderer of 17 had many red flag warnings. Yet the democrat plan did not notify police. The democrat run FBI also never followed up on the many reports of dangerous tweets and online threats .

Coward county Sherrif reportedly told deputy's to stand down and to stop emergency medical personal from entering the building which increased the death toll.

Unless I missed it the democrats did not call for any gun restrictions when their Bernie Sanders democrat shot republicans attending a softball practice.

Now big democrat controlled media in coordination with democrat public schools are leading a campain to severely restrict the rights of law abiding citizens to exercise our rights.

Unless we get more truth seeking NRA members this diabolical plan could be repeated over and over causing more innocent children to die .

I did a search on the PROMISE program in Cali, and came up with a college scholarship program, nothing like the Broward County program. Does Cali have the same thing, maybe calling it by another name?

California school districts have long ignored or mimized poor student behavior in order to maximize graduation rates, keep dropouts off the books and maintain the highest body count (i.e., funding) as possible.

On-campus arrests are bad for the public image so they are not done. The perps get counciling instead of a mug shot.

I think you've been paying too much attention to Alex Jones and Rush Limbaugh. If you have anything at all to worry about, it's the unpredictable guy in the Oval Office.

I'm thinking since this dept of education program has taken heat. The quick acting perps have changed lots of the public image for search results! Last time I looked the info on how school districts handled crime within the school system while not reporting anything to police depts was easily obtained.

Rush Limbaugh is rarely incorrect and if he is,he promptly corrects the record.

One way to keep 2A is to learn and expose programs like this which has the unintended or intended consequence of ruining the background check program!

I don't listen to or read Alex Jones . Rush Limbaugh has been a source of good info before he covered the Waco Texas atrocity.

Of course to a good liberal like yourself it's easier to attack the messenger as opposed to condemning a democrat program that covers for student criminal behavior and permits violent unstable people to pass background checks!

The Broward County school district’s adoption of a school discipline policy praised by the Obama administration may have played a role in the fact that Nikolas Cruz remained under the radar until his shooting rampage.

Actually we have the same situation at our local school. Homeless, bouncing around to different homes that will take them in. Pushed a teacher, punched his mom in the parking lot. School lost their resource officer due to funding, and had to wait for sheriff to respond. They found him a few blocks from the school, witnesses said they took him down hard when he failed to comply. Supposedly they can't boot him out of school because of some policy the state has on homeless kids. Maybe that is the Cali version of the Promise program. Sucks because the other kids have to but up with his snit.

                      1) Be careful about extrapolating my political views on the basis of a pet issue.

                      2) If I was "attacking" anything, it's the notion that there's a conspiracy. Conspiracy theories are very easy to create and spread, but the conspiracies themselves are very difficult to pull off. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle aren't that smart.

                      3) The list of things Trump has done that "warrant my disapproval" is pretty lengthy, but I think I'm on safe ground with yesterday's comment about seizing guns without due process. Metaphorically speaking, he's saying "shoot first and ask questions later". Where's the outrage over that comment? Maybe I'm not smart enough to know the difference between what people say and what they mean.

It's called ADA. They get credit($) from the State if the criminal scum is in school or a legal absence. This is one of the big reasons California schools are in the basement as far as academic achievement, it's like life in a prison going to California public schools. Disruptive behavior, threats, robbery, sexual assault. No wonder kids drop out, fail tests, it's a dangerous place. But as long as the government employees(teachers and Administrators) can survive to get their Cal STRS pension, they hit the lotto!. Screw the kids education.

                          Well Sir
It need not be a conspiracy to implement programs that are likely to have disastrous results like the PROMISE program implemented during the Obama admin. IIRC they also did fast and furious, operation Chokepoint and other horredous actions. These were policy not conspiracy IMO

Now it is possible that there is some conspiracy to eliminate online reference to the promise program. Recently I did a search and the acronym for PROMISE came right up ! It was something like Preventing Recitisim blah blah blah . Anyway I cannot find it today! All I find are state grants and other stuff not related to schools handling criminal behavior and keeping police and courts out of the process.

President Trump is a master at smoking out opposition and agenda's. I watch for what he does rather than what he says which I believe is to mislead media and the media democrats control.

I really like the fact he is several moves ahead of the democrats.

While it may not be an official policy in CA schools, I have had direct experience with this back in 2002 when my oldest son was a freshman in high school.

While in a class this particular troubled student lit my sons hair on fire with a BIC lighter. It was bad enough that it burned my sons scalp before his friend sitting next to him was able to put it out. This young man was know to be violent because of behavior at the Little League Park and previously in Junior High School. My son was interviewed by the school resource officer that same day before he left the nurses office for home.

Initially, this particular miscreant was not even suspended from school and when my son returned to the class two days later, he was still in the class. Of course, when my wife found out about this the school staff (principal, vice principal, counselor, and teacher) suffered a tongue lashing usually reserved for recruits in basic training. After about an hour of this, she was assured that the student would be removed from the class and that an investigation would ensue. My wife insisted on seeing the resource officers incident report and any other recommendations, which the administration assured her would be eminent.

A week later there was no contact from the school so my wife called and was told the resource officer would call her. Another week gone, no call. That's when my wife called the local police department and tore them a new one demanding a copy of the report. Guess what... no report was ever made and when she was told that she hung up and went directly to the school where the principal, vice principal, a counselor and the resource officer received another hour of verbal punishment. It turns out that the Police Chief had called the school and instructed them to make sure the report was made that day and a copy was hand delivered to my wife.

Long story short, the courts were so slow to act on it the kid was expelled from the school almost a year later after he assaulted a girl the following semester and got in another fight the next year. Eventually, about 18 months after the assault on my son, he got 800 hours of community service for the assault on my son.

When is a crime not a crime? When it is kept in the school system. One day, some poor misunderstood kid is going to beat a teacher to death "just because".

Perhaps that's what it will take to wake up the teachers correctional officers.
