Kiss for featureless goodbye

Bring it on you pieces of chit. I will discard my Featureless stock (Thordsen) and go fixed mag cause by then I will have a dozen or so BF-10 loaders. I'm tired of this states BS.

This is exactly why I decided against going "featureless" last year, and in fact, before the end of 2016 I converted my featureless build featured *and* converted my AR22 to a 5.56 upper.

Many of us warned everyone on the featureless bandwagon last year that by 2020 they would be stuck with featureless AND registration or convert to fixed magazine.

I honestly didn't expect it in 2018... I figured they'd wait for Gov. Newscum next year.

Brown won't veto it.
He vetoed it in 2013, along with several other measures that he signed in 2016. Difference was, in 2013 he was still looking at running for reelection in 2014, and he STILL had "The Right People" persuaded that he was the most gun-friendly candidate running simply because he happens to be a hunter and owns rifles.

Now? He's done politically. He'll hand over the state to Newsom, but will cement his legacy by signing any gun bill he gets this year.

My hope is that Paul Clement, who has been the NRA's and CRPA's lawyer, gets appointed to the SCOTUS.

Need a vacancy first.... Kennedy, or preferably Ginsberg.

Unfortunately, for some unclear reason, it seems the Federalist Society has not promoted him for anything to Trump. Very confusing.

Their tactic may be to wait for a SCOTUS vacancy rather than to push him now and end up with him being diluted by a liberal circuit court, or reinforce a conservative circuit.

They will be and remain in a non-AW compliant form, or disassembled until I am able to leave CA.

And exactly when and what did we have a chance to do? We TRIED to get the signatures to fight "gunmageddon" and it was a failure... and even had we gotten the signatures needed, like Prop-63, it would have been a 60/40 defeat in this state.

Gun owners used to own this state. They did not change, they were diluted by those who's votes have been bought and paid for with our tax dollars.

Closest to "registered" are one AR, a Henry .357, and a Mossberg 500 that were bought after 2014, so they went through the DROS process that put them into AFS.

My buddy has a place in Nevada. I'll buy my own safe to put in his house and worst case, if there are no options left but to RAW or get them out of the state, they will be stored there.
I pretty much only shoot my ARs when I'm hanging out with him anyways, so it's really not even a big inconvenience. Most of my range time is handguns.

Funny you say that; I've been shopping properties outside of Vegas as a vacation property for now, future retirement retreat (though I'll work for life, just do something different).

My prerequisite is enough land behind the house within a zone that will allow for my own private shooting range of at least 1000 yards off my back porch.
