I live in Orange Crest and can here the shooting at the Ben Clark facility - never triggered me !

We also have the C-17's flying around the area and love to see them up there as well as the F16's

the group won't be shut down, the range depending on how far this will be pushed may get shut down if SD passes some ordinances/laws concerning shooting in unincorporated areas.

Freedom Fighters can't be stopped, but if the range goes down I guess they can sell and try somewhere else.
