    I need clarification on this!

Hopefully our DOJ can regulate out of state ffls as well so its fair for all CA gun owners.

As long as you tell them that they don't know what you're gonna do with them, it's okay! Make sure to tell sales person that the customer is always right and that you want to speak with a manager too.

Nobody can for sure that no one is going to get jacked up for just a box or two of ammo. ...*snip* ...so I am looking for a job and as soon as I find one, I am waving bye.
I understand Jeremiah, and I wasn't disputing your post at all. Just adding my own feelings on what can and cannot practically be enforced. When we type stuff we often leave side thoughts out for the sake of brevity, I guess what I was mostly getting at is that most of these laws are so poorly written that practically nobody can understand them.

Of course I don't want to be the test case or the guinea pig, but I am willing to bet the first case we hear about will be someone trying to bring multiple cases of ammo in and are pulled over originally for speeding or expired tags etc. We'll see I guess.

As far as the last part about waving bye, nobody can blame you for that... you're certainly not the only one here thinking along those lines.

If you're really gonna argue with a sales person in another state as hard as you're arguing this, you have to much time on your hands big dawg.

Because any sales person has the right to deny a sale if they don't feel comfortable making that sale. What part of that do you not understand?

One of the rules of basic logic says you cannot prove a negative...

Thanks for an illogical waste of bandwidth.

You claim to not be paranoid, but there you go.
