It seems that a lot of folks waited until the last moment to stock up.
We've all known for quite a while about this upcoming set of new laws that will kick in Jan 1, giving us plenty of time to selectively fill/overload our bunkers.

      No kidding.

BTW, my LGS (Rocklin Armory) had plenty of Ammo.

Bass Pro is just moving the ammo to lock it up. If it's behind the counter, it's fine.

Now ammo will be treated like spray paint has been for a long time because of taggers. Locked you in a cage or behind a counter. Funny, I still see LOTS of tagging so it appears that law did zip as well.

THEY (Law) are still working on printing more "No Gun Zone" stickers - those will surely deter any criminal - because, first, they went to good schools and CAN READ. And secondly, they will Obey the Law cuz it say so...

This has been proven to be effective in Chicago, reducing the gun crime, where they have those stickers on almost all businesses.

Just got back from the San Jose Bass Pro.
They had a lot of ammo some behind glass and one isle sectioned off with portable barriers .Think you have to grab a number ticket and wait for the hunting dept. guy to take you in.

The sales guy I spoke said this new system is going to be awful!

Posted a picture of my local Sportsman's Warehouse here:

Glass cases locked up like spray paint at Home Depot.
