    How I can get this?

I want one. But it seems like there woule be no way to get one in with current legislation as I am fairly certain it is not on the list. But what a neat little item. I would be willing to bet that no one would really suspect that it is a firearm until they physically inspect it thoroughly.

      "Zip" guns. Very illegal.

Interesting 4 shot cell phone believed to be manufactured in Croatia (and confiscated) here.

It's a pen gun and a pen gun is an AOW.

Can't own it, unless you get approval from the BATFE.
Also need to find a CA FFL/SOT willing to do the transfer.

The Stinger is the only "legal" pengun -- legal in that it considered anordinary pistol by the ATF. This is because it cannot fire till it is folded into the recognizable shape of a pistol.
I'd still be willing to bet you can't have it in CA.

Back in Armenia kids made stuff like this out of junk and it was a sort of rite of passage in the yards. No one ever got hurt and once the initial interest wore off, they were put away in the drawer and that was that.

Sadly, I didn't get the chance to make one.

This thread, and especially that wiki link, reminds me.

Probably no more legal than this version of the OP's question:

Once upon a time I picked up a Bali Song knife and a collapsible tactical baton in a gun store in Las Vegas, but I don't think even THEY would sell you that thing.
