I think we’re pretty close to a breaking point here in CA. The laws can only get slightly more strict before they are outright violations of the 2nd amendment. Granted some of them already are but I don’t think the Supreme Court will tolerate it, I imagine they will start to hear 2A cases in the next few years or so.

California does not recognize the 2nd Amendment as normal people or the federal government does.
Violating it is a badge of honer for these honor-less public servants.

I think it is safe to say that we're swimming against a much stronger tide now. I had been keeping my fingers crossed for an injunction on the current BS, but that has very little chance of happening in time with the recent events.

That law only passed because it had a 10 year life. It will never be passed again as Feinswine has offered it up every year since.

The only thing congress will pass is another pay raise.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them try to push a bit further, though.
I agree, they will try, but hopefully with the change in the SCOTUS, and hopefully upcoming changes; the definition of "bear arms" will finally be defined in our favor as it was logically intended by the founders.

Meanwhile, I think we will need to accept that featureless will be our 'fail safe' position in this State for the near future.

I disagree. Smart people know the truth and appeasing the left isn't going to happen anymore. They've hurt their credibility so much this past year I ignore everything they say.
