I've got a Hardigg im3300 case with 2 locks you can borrow.
The catch is it doesn't have the typical rifle case foam. I was able to bring my 2 guns from AK to CA alright, but my stuff moved around a bit.

I've got a 1750 gathering dust in the garage. (but no locks) You're free to borrow it. I'm in Mountain View. I'll be working at home in the AM, but have plans tomorrow until 9pm. If anyone is heading up to your neck of the woods...

DedEye - I am in Pinole but I "only" have a Bulldog - it is hard sided but the only lock is the zippers that can be locked together. I don't think it will serve your purpose but if all else fails...
