I ran into a couple of Hi Point fans and owners and they are some of the nicest guys around. Most of them say that the reason why they bought their guns is because it's all they can afford. Props to them.

Who I can't stand are the douche bags who buys a Glock (purchased with a credit card making payments for 2 years) and think they're Dirty Harry. I personally know a Glock douche who has 3 Glocks all charged on his Visa card. Paying $25/mo for the next 5 years at 25% interest.

If all one can afford is a Hi Point (without giving money to the bank), more power to them.

That started at $150, how much did you have to give for it?

$150 . I bought it to piss off my boys, they hate it and can't believe I got it. It's going to be my truck gun and will only be shot with a sideways hold, gangster style

Great collection! Your time and money expended means you aren't driving up the prices of guns I want. And guys are missing another important point, there's no danger if you're married of your wife suggesting you sell them for the money or trying to get them in a divorce. In fact, if she threatens divorce you can even use them to your benefit, "ok but you have to take half the hi-points"

In seriousness. No matter what you collect it's always great when you find a new piece.

Oh, I use a .45.... a 45-70 :-). The deer in Ohio would slap you around like a girl if you shot them with a .45 ACP :-)

I'd be willing to bet the only slapping going on when a deer takes a 185gr - 200gr hardcast 45 cal slug , moving anywhere from 990-1100fps to the boiler room at 40yds is , the deer slapping the ground when it crumples up

hard to admit coming from a Glock fanboy.

                              I admire you passion/obsession haha.

Nice collection. One thing I've learned is, people like what they like, for whatever reason. People like various things as novelties, no need to judge. I know plenty of people that collect "junk" guns, they develop more knowledge about them, get better at fixing them, and acquire more for dirt cheap prices.
I hate people that are full of hate.
