    CRUSH WASHER QUESTION??

    Can a crush washer be used over. I took off the A2 Flash hider which has a crush washer and I want to install a JP Enterprises Compensator which came without a crush washer. Can I use the A2 Flash Hider Crush Washer when installing the Compensator?? Thanks!

      I would just buy another crushwasher. They are 3$ each

          I have reused them with the knowledge it may not work. They will not work reinstalling a flash hider but they may work installing a different brake or flash hider. Give it a shot. If it does not align then you tried.

              Yes you can, but if the results are not acceptable here you go http://www.downrangeproductsco.com/p.../crush-washer/ I got mine in a couple of days.

                  Exactly. It doesn't hurt to try, but you might as well order a new one now in case it doesn't. It's good to have spares anyways.
                  Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

                      just take a look at the wash. it is totally flat?

                          New crush washers are like a dollar, but I like to use shims when possible. Ace Hardware or HD sell shims, can time it pretty well when using them

                                          If you are able to re-index the muzzle device with used crush washer with proper torque. GTG! otherwise you are throwing money away.

                                              Generally speaking I never reuse crush washers.
                                              Timing and torque problems.
                                              Buy once, crush once.

                                              If you want to play musical chairs with muzzle fobs you want a jam nut.
