I have the Dawson Precision charger sights on mine and like them a lot. POI is exact at 10yds. Set comes with sight, aluminum punches, red & green optic rods. Replacing optic colors are quite easy. I always used loctite 620 on dovetail front sights as Dawson recommends. If you're unsure how to install have a smith do it.

I have TFX on my M&P 9fs and my shield 9mm .... Couldn't be happier.... Fiber optic for day and tritium for night, deburred to avoid sharp edges and all self contained. I'll never use any other kinds of sights. I'm waiting for them to come out for my P10c too

I had Warren Tactical Sevigny M&P fullsize sights (F.O. Front / plain rear) installed on my Shield. They fit great and I believe they are the same height as the stock sights. Brownells sells them which made the decision easy.

I run ameriglo idot pro on all my glocks. I ordered some for the shield but haven't installed them yet.

I'm not a fan of traditional 3 dot sight. I pick up on them really slow, especially if their is no color variation between the front and back sights. Somehow I pick up on the idot sights much faster and during daylight it makes picking up the front sight very easy with the big orange dot.

In the dark/no light setting I do have a hard time lining up the idot sights sometimes. But in the same no light situation I can line up traditional 3 dot night sights easier.

I like the idot better so I will just have to train with them more
