Cheaper than dirt refused to sell me a buffer tube kit because it could be used to make my ar15 non compliant...? it was just a cheap buffer tube kit... I don't understand its my first build what is going to make it non compliant? They are the only parts I have left to acquire.

CTD doesn't support California so there is no reason to support them. There are countless threads from people complaining they can't buy a pistol grip or other AR part.
